City agencies have performed herculean feats during the Covid-19 emergency. There is no ‘Back to Normal’. To sustain our new way of living, city agencies need to adapt and plan for a different future and this means, amongst everything else, re-thinking their communications. How can the Media, together with Tech business partners, work together with city leaders to help develop communication platforms and new communication streams for a sustainable future?
